Yda Bouvier is an executive coach, strategy consultant, a physicist and a sailor. She has a natural ability to blend business understanding with personal insight and critical thinking.

Before starting her own company, Yda spent over ten years with The Boston Consulting Group ("BCG"). Her experience includes international corporate strategy, post merger integration and change management projects across industries. For several years, she ran BCG's worldwide training and development curriculum with a focus on developing successful busines leaders.

In her work, Yda builds a strong foundation for development by establishing clear  goals and a relationship that is both supportive and challenging. She firmly believes in combining reality and aspiration, and will work with you in a variety of ways to widen your perspective and achieve your goals. Yda has a keen interest in Neurobiology and how insights from this field can be applied by leaders and coaches.

Yda holds an MBA from MIT Sloan, an MSc in Applied Physics from Delft University and is certified in international coaching tools such as MBTI® and DISC® profiles.

Yda holds an advanced Diploma in Executive coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and the Association for Coaching
